As the Junior Shoot Operations Coordinator, you will be working as part of the Shoot Operations team to help manage the smooth transition of product into and out of the ASOS Studios. You will be responsible for accepting 1000's of products on a daily basis and ensuring it is checked and ready to be sent to the studios to be shot. You will need the highest level of attention to detail with a passion for organisation and ensuring everything is running efficiently. An analytical mind with an eye for numbers and improving the workflow all make an amazing Junior Shoot Operations Coordinator.

What you'll be doing....
* Providing the highest level of service within ASOS to all stakeholders.
* Manage a smooth transition of product into and out of ASOS Studios at all times, ensuring only scheduled product is accepted into the department.
* Provide progressive support to the Shoot Operations Scheduling team by demonstrating effective problem solving and give feedback on methods used to prevent reoccurring queries.
* Log any variance in product handovers and provide solutions for suitable replacements.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of in house content management and tracking systems.
* Prep all scheduled product for model and still life shoots whilst ensuring each shoot list is detailed and accurate.
* Ensure all studios have the optimum quantity of product for each shoot.
* Conduct regular product inventory reports.
* Help the Production department maintain it's SLA's and KPI's to the business.
* Take on ad-hoc tasks when required.
