Established over 15 years ago, Beat Media is one of the fastest growing content creation businesses in the UK. We work with some of the leading brands and agencies, namely London Marathon, British & Irish Lions, Rugby Football Union and the British Olympic Association (amongst others) to create compelling content to power social and digital channels as well as traditional media. The team produces OTT video and social media content for a wide range of national governing bodies, major event organisers, sports, brands, and agencies as well as producing audio, text, and a wealth of media for syndication to UK-wide media and broadcast outlets. Although not limited to, the main clientele we work with are of a sporting nature - ranging from official websites for sport brands and associations, online videos, press interviews on site and supporting events and awards. We work with official sponsors of sporting events and teams to create creative content as well as working within the mix zones at events, tournaments, and championships. As the direct production team has expanded to 11 full-time members of staff, we are looking for a Production Manager with experience working on branded content and non-live projects, who has a passion for sport to join this talented team to oversee delivery of exciting video and animation projectsReporting to the Head of Production, the Production Manager will oversee and contribute to the smooth running of production across multiple projects.Whether you are acting as the main point of contact for clients; creating shoot briefs and call sheets; producing risk assessments; organising kit for shoots; scheduling crew (in-house and freelancers); managing shoots on location, assisting with team appraisals, it will be your fantastic organisational skills that ensure all multimedia projects are managed effectively, on time and within budget. To qualify... You should be a Production Manager / Junior Production Manager / similar with a CV that demonstrates:· Proven experience within the production process.· Experience in producing call sheets and risk assessments.· You are flexible with hours and days due to the nature of Sport.· You are highly organised.· Good social skills and the ability to manage tricky situations.· You are confident to lead and motivate a team. · The ability to work as part of teams in a fast-paced production environment.· You are time conscious; you don't miss a deadline.
