Junior Production Manager

London

Hi Impact is one of the UK's fastest-growing media companies. Set up by former BBC producers, we give our clients the ability to stream live events online to the quality of a major broadcaster by using a combination of production know-how, creative flair and editorial sharpness.
Founded in 2021, Hi Impact has offices in London and Dubai and a client list that includes media organisations, NGOs, UN agencies and the private sector. We specialise in sustainability and have played a leading role at the last four COPs (the United Nations Climate Conference).

We're looking for an experienced Junior Production Manager to support our in-house Line Producer across a range of projects, including the below

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PO's, budget and cost manager, input and monitor
Kit and crew, hires and negotiations
Creation of call sheet at TMO's
Travel bookings and logistics
Risk Assessment input and discussion with production team
System input and management across google drive and monday.com
Freight logistics and kit inventory management

THE CANDIDATE
At least one year's experience as a Junior Production Manager in television or live events in a similar role.
You'll need a proactive approach, great communication skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multi task across multiple events.
We're a friendly and fast paced team looking for someone to help during a busy time. You will need to be comfortable working to hard deadlines and dealing with the pressures of live events.

LOCATION AND REMUNERATION
The role is full time, based in our offices near Brick Lane, East London.
The contract is for an initial 3 month period, with the option to possibly extend. We're looking for someone to start by the end of March ahead of live events in May and June.
You will need the right to work in the UK
