URGENT - JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are a growing independent production company based in Shoreditch, London.

We are looking for a Junior Production Manager with credited experience to join us in our London offices for pre-production. There will also be the opportunity to travel to both the USA and Europe to coordinate production.
This will be a 3-month probation with possible hire. Available to start within the next 2 weeks.

Experience in production managing, coordinating larger crews and budgets are essential.

Production Duties:
Manage and coordinate pre-production and production of new shows, due to start filming this Autumn, 2017
Create budgets for a variety of programming genres
Assist Exec Producers and Director
Coordinate production by liaising with clients, crew, producers
Contact with broadcasters regarding deliverables
Monitor costs and help oversee budgetary spending
Source crew for shoots and edits - responsible for bookings, confirmations, and any recruiting that needs to be done
Manage smooth running of the office and oversee vital admin
Responsible for booking travel/accommodation
On-hand for shoot assistance. Organising people and sticking to running order and schedules
Liaising with any third party suppliers and hiring any relevant kit
Assist with insurance, managing risk and meeting health and safety requirements
Diary Management for Producers and Directors
Managing junior staff and interns
