London based costume house is planning to photograph and catalogue a selection of their private collection of historical costumes in order to produce a new website or 'online museum'.

Details of the post: Paid part-time position, two days a week, most probably Thurs-Fri TBC. Starting mid-October until project completion, approximately end of March.

Main duties:
To oversee the organisation of a long term photo shoot that involves historical costumes and a team of both professionals and volunteers.
To organise the day to day activities of the shoot in collaboration with the Project Manager.
To develop and coordinate the shoot schedule, together with the Head Mounter, Curator and Project Manager.
To ensure that the planned number of items are photographed on each shoot day.
To ensure the items are safely delivered on time to the studio for each shoot and returned to Cosprop once they have been photographed.

Requirements:
To have experience of organising a complex photo shoot.
To be able to work in an organised and systematic way.
To be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
To have excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Minimum one year experience in either the heritage field, TV, film, fashion or theatre.
