HIFEN Studios is looking for an enthusiastic junior creative producer to join our growing team in creating sports marketing content.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity and a chance for an enthusiastic logistic planner to grow and progress with the company. We are looking for a professional worker who is comfortable working in a team and working with creatives to deliver an idea. However, we are looking for someone who can impress new and current clients with fresh content ideas.

THE ROLE

Being able to manage small projects from pre-production & ideation, to post-production & delivering to the client. Managing client, internal & external creatives in order to deliver results. Someone with a passion for sports, & social content that can work with the team to think of ideas for prospect/current clients. Organisation is key to the role tracking budgets, crew, timelines and delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: JUNIOR PRODUCER

Assist in securing, scheduling, and managing all talent, crew, equipment hire, travel arrangements, and locations for the production team.
Experienced in pre production process including all documentation (liabilities, call sheets etc)
Assisting raising work orders and process invoices
Supporting Producer booking and hiring production (props, equipment, location hire)
Help supervise film shoots internally and on location
Converting client briefs into roadmaps, timelines and tasks
Understanding on budgeting and able to keep productions on budget
Help organise the roster of freelance creatives
Some office admin duties required ad-hoc, and general office and production organisation (Booking in meetings, day-to-day tasks in the office, office supplies up to date (stationary, kitchen), communicating with suppliers, answering any office enquires.

TERMS
East London office based role
£25,000 per annum depending on experience
20 days holiday
