In this role, you'll work alongside our Production Team to take charge of crafting scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. It's not just about making stuff look good - it's about understanding audiences, staying ahead of trends, and shaping the future of our brand as we step into the spotlight.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic producer/editor to run our short-form-focussed social media channels (Instagram and TikTok), as part of our production team.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Producing regular, high-quality short-form content on TikTok and Reels
Video ideation
Video scripting
Working cooperatively as a part of the Rodds production team
Shooting high-quality short-form content for TikTok and Reels
Working closely with the Production team to coordinate posts and videos
Pitching ideas for content
Fast turnarounds on edits

What We're Looking For:

Extremely organised and skilled at time management
Must be confident in managing and organising multiple pieces of content at once
Well-organised and proficient in pre-production shoot needs
Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and an understanding of the TikTok editing interface
Basic knowledge of short form algorithms
London-based, able to travel to the office in East London
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn
Must be comfortable using a camera - do not need your own equipment
Must be open to receiving notes and feedback on your work
