ROLETo assist production on larger shoots and to produce content projects for a variety of platforms. Working closely with Directors, Agency and Clients to realise the creative and bring the jobs in on budget. Responsible for work from conception to delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Construct content budgets and manage them to maintain margins and overall project profitability. Be a self starter with an ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlinesProblem-solve and collaborate with creatives to bring their visions to life that are within set budget and timelines. Generating financial solutions for creative ideas.Create budgets and timings that work together and can be presented to client and agency. Agree deliverables and asset management that work to budget.Have strong negotiation skills, you will need to be able to negotiate deals and rates to bring budgets in on target. Responsible for negotiating, contracting and agreeing usages.Organise locations, equipment and travel for shoots. Perform risk assessments for shoots. Hire skilled crew accordingly.Assist line producer with pre production on larger live-action shoots when neededReconcile all budgets as soon as job is delivered. Be responsible for raising and approving addition costs to agency/client. Wrap every job with a fact sheet of usage agreements and clock numbers.Build strong working relationships with your Directors.Develop a strategic understanding of media platforms and be aware of why your projects are suitable for their chosen media.Have a proactive interest of latest industry trends, developments and innovations - be inspired and inspire. EXPERIENCE & SKILLSAll candidates should possess the following traits and skills:Demonstrable experience in Production with a decent knowledge of Post ProductionIdeally - but not essentially - experienced in branded content and commercial productionHave a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent client and crew relationships, supported with referencesPC/Mac literateGood understanding of latest kit workflows DOING THE RIGHT THINGBe business savvy. Nurture on going relationships through a combination of face-to-face meetings and telephone calls, presentations and shoots. Seek opportunities.Inspire confidence and be interested in all things creative.Work on and keep all documents on server. Complete time sheets on time.Create billing requests for Management and Finance.
