As part of the production team producers are key, valuable members of Coffee & TV staff that contribute to the success - both financially and culturally of the business. It's a role that demands agility, excellent communication both internally and to clients, and a calm attitude in a fast-paced demanding environment. Producers report to the Head of Production.RESPONSIBILITIESTo be able to budget, schedule and track multiple cross-discipline VFX projects effectively and confidently, so they are delivered on time and on budget.To communicate effectively in a hybrid working environmentTo display an understanding of end-to-end live-action and CGI-based VFX workflow -including ingest, grade, flame and CGI (Maya, Houdini, AE, C4D).To manage internal teams of artists and be able to deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.To manage client expectations effectively.Attend the weekly production meeting, and is prepared for any queries on bookings or projects. Acute understanding of project schedule, budget and awareness of scope creep or project pressure points. Tracks projects daily to stay on top of budgetsWorks collaboratively with the EP's, HOP, and closely with artists to manage their time and ensure they feel supported.Active sales activity working to maintain existing clients (retention) and identify new business opportunities.A proactive approach to pitching and bidding for projects, preparing high-end creative treatments, and contributing to the monthly group target.Works to develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.Work with EPs/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clientsWeekly meetings with the FD to discuss projects and how they are contributing to the sales pipeline.Ensures all financial activity is completed promptly.KEY SKILLSSelf-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.
