Our team of integrated creative content specialists cover Ideation, shoot production, social media management, PR, photography, film, animation, CGI and retouch.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a strong and extremely organised Junior Producer who can produce multi discipline content from brief to delivery. No two briefs are the same here, so the successful applicant will need to be adaptable, with a desire to find solutions and problem solve. This role would suit someone who is looking to further expand their skills and progress through our growing Content offering.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
* Solid experience in creative production, producing both small to medium projects and supporting producers on larger projects.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Lots of experience in creating production documentation eg Timing- plans, budgets, call sheets, contracts, usage agreements and PPM docs.
* A strong understanding of both production and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
* Producing video and stills content for reactive and campaign briefs across all media platforms
* Keeping jobs on time and in budget by producing clear budgets, timing plans and supporting documentation.
* Coordinating our Content creators including briefing, managing their time and feedbacking back on creative treatments and edits.
* Supporting our Senior production staff on project-based activity.
* Negotiating and booking 3rd party production vendors.
* Supporting account team members with clear production notes, documentation and attendance on client calls.
