Multi award winning games dialogue specialist SIDE is looking for a Junior Post-Production Coordinator to join its team on a casual contract. SIDE has been producing best-in-class game audio for over 25 years and built an enviable portfolio and brand. Recent hit releases SIDE have provided dialogue services for include Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Hitman III, Returnal, It Takes Two and more.The successful candidate would be responsible for effectively supporting the post-production team, contributing to the successful completion of multiple projects to a very high standard. This role will be based in studio at SIDE's London HQ.PREPARATIONReview Project bookings and support leads preparing a project's workflow in-advance.Setup documentation and tasks in line with company and department's best practices.Communicate effectively between post-production staff and other departments.Raise issues to senior staff as they arise in a fast-paced environment.SCHEDULINGSchedule and book resources using department tools. Escalate to senior staff if/when additional resources are required.Maintain attention to detail to ensure all allocated projects run smoothly. Be quick, resourceful and adaptable to ever changing tasks and/or deadlines.TRACKINGTrack project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are up to high standards.Archive projects.Attend daily and weekly meetings.DEVELOPMENTAchieve QA across post-production projects, maintaining our highest processing standards.Liaise with clients and production teams about best practices in Post for their deliverables.Liaise with senior staff about best practices for the post-production pipeline.Develop Post services, processes, tools, and workflow as part of a global team.RequirementsKnowledgeFamiliarity with tools such as Pro-Tolls, Reaper, Audition and/or RXUnderstanding stages of dialogue editing, design and masteringExperienced user of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, including ExcelEnthusiastic around audio technology and possess a passion for video games.ExperienceExperience working with many files across multiple projects and languagesPracticed managing schedule's and resources in a post production fieldCollaborate with staff as a team-player at all levels to ensure project goals are met2+ years experience in a commercial audio post production roleSkillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with different departmentsAbility to address and resolve issues that arise during post production processesManage time efficiently, work well under tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureBenefitsCompetitive remuneration, holidays, flexible working and regular team socials.A supportive community inclusive of LGBTQ+, and any age, ethnicity, religion, or disability.
