To assist Moneypenny Services payroll function in order to achieve the prompt and accurate calculation and payment of wages and pensions.

Accountable To:
Payroll Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Specific:

Maintenance of the payroll database
Data entry and maintenance of the cast and crew master file records
Downloading and entering HMRC code notifications
Process the payrolls within the established turnaround times
Assisting with payroll duties
Post payroll admin - emailing payslips and Pension uploads

General:

To adhere to existing working practices, processes, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection legislation
To carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function.
