The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will support the Senior Motion Designer on a variety of different projects such as, 2D animation, character animation, kinetic typography, info graphics and motion design as well as some 3D asset creation.

From interpreting the brief to final delivery, the Junior Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating graphics and animations for a variety of platforms including learning films, social media content, 360 & VR campaigns and broadcast media.

Collaborating with other members of the Post Production and Design teams, the Junior Motion Graphics Designer, will enhance the department's film pieces with the creation of assets that bring our clients' messages to life. Finding technical and creative solutions for every project and making sure we deliver the best product, within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Create highly engaging animated designs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Assist in selecting appropriate graphic and animation styles for the project
• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
• Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in motion graphics and video production

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Good knowledge of Design and Animation principals
• Proficiency with the tools:
o Adobe After effects
o Photoshop
o Illustrator
o Premier pro and the edit workflow - basic experience
o Cimema4D - basic experience

• Full and competent understanding of Adobe Creative suite - more specifically After Effects and Photoshop
