This is a junior to mid-level role, working for The & Partnership with Beat's design team on a range of exciting and diverse creative projects. We want someone with passion, raw talent, an enquiring mind and a can-do attitude to join our small but mighty team. What we're looking for:

• Have a portfolio with inspiring work and excellent motion design skills
• You have versatile creative abilities with an understanding of typography, layout design, and creating for digital platforms
• You're a self-starter and pro-active doer
• Expanding and pushing our work through social channels and digital formats
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Hard-working, passionate, and impeccable attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• An infectious energy and a thirst to grow.
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Can confidently present ideas internally
• Curious, always seeking to learn from those around them
• Great knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Basic understanding of 3D software (C4D / Blender) and Procreate would be a plus
• UX/UI Web design skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
