Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Compliance Editing content using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite tools
• Creating promotional content and voice over mixing
• Video / Audio Transcoding, QC and Exporting content as per the required specifications
• Some graphics and subtitles creation
• Audio simple conforming
• Familiarity with and ability to follow branding and editorial guidelines
• Creating imaginative and innovative programming to a high technical standard
• Awareness of and familiarity with the latest editing and graphical techniques

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience as a Junior Editor or Edit Assistant in a post-production
• College / university leaver with editing ability.
• Strong technical all-rounder, with experience in Final Cut, Avid, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
• Good understanding of media management, encoding and post production processes
• Familiar with various file delivery techniques
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work calmly to tight deadlines close to transmission
• Able to work alone using own initiative, on occasion required to take on edit-producing role making creative decisions on style and content
• Strong attention to detail
