Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our leading capital markets FinTech. This position sits within our fast-paced marketing team and will work closely with the Design Lead to bring the Sharegain brand to life through social channels and other digital mediums. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for marketing assets, including but not limited to production of external decks, website, and visual assets.

Within the role, you will collaborate with members from the wider team, and support other departments within the business, including colleagues in the New York and Israel offices. You will also be expected to handle multiple projects, work across ad-hoc tasks such as internal presentations and be an independent decision-maker, as well as be adept in taking direction and working as a part of a team.

Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of in-house experience
Outstanding knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
Ability to design for digital, print and video (highly advantageous)
Knowledge and experience in producing impactful animation and video editing (highly advantageous)
Proactive in taking initiative, and passionate about taking end to end ownership of BAU/projects
Ability to work to tight deadlines and execute on multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Exceptional in communicating and translating complex ideas
Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy
