Junior editor required to work within our growing Freesports on 4 ( extreme) sports department;

SKILLS required:
• Editing experience on Avid and basic understanding of Avid Unity Networks, Photoshop and AfterFX
• A knowledge of Video Compression and file rendering in HD and SD
• An understanding of digital video frame rates and aspect ratios, broadcast standards for color, sound, title safe, etc.
• An understanding of digital audio/video formats AVI, MOV, MPEG, Alpha Channel Video, WAV, MP3
• Ability to build titles and credit sequences, basic stock video effects and transitions.
• Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent time management skills in a very fluid environment
• Must be highly pro-active and thorough, with attention to detail-Candidates must be exceptionally smart, organized, detail- oriented
• Must have superior communication skills, mastery of standard computer applications, creativity, and the ability to take initiative when appropriate
• Proactive, independent, self-starter with experience in all stages of the project development
• Ability to work well with others, especially under tight deadlines
