The Role

Working with the animation director and your team; you will be responsible for the development and creation of Drone Light Shows for events and festivals worldwide. You will be a key member in the delivery of our drone animation shows from beginning to end. Some freelance or professional animation experience would be a plus but is not a necessity.
You will be using our own proprietary software so it is not a necessity to be fluent in any one package, although experience of 3D packages (eg. Unity, Maya), Adobe Suite and coding are very advantageous. A good working knowledge of animation principles, problem solving and a keen passion for the creative process as a whole are a must. Full training will be provided so some knowledge and skills are desirable but fluency in all software is not a necessity. This is a full time role based at our head office in Frome. Working exclusively for Celestial your role and responsibilities are outlined below. Please note that this is not an inclusive list of responsibilities and additional duties may arise as part of the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
? Development and creation of animations for drone light shows at events and festivals
? Creating pre-visualisations for potential clients
? Using creative and technical problems solving skills to adapt the creative process and achieve goals
What you'll bring:
? Be a graduate with a degree in art/animation/games or creative media or similar level of experience
? Have good communication skills and be happy working alone and as part of a team
? Be familiar with 2D and 3D animation software
? Have good drawing and visualisation skills
? Have a balance of technical and creative thinking

There may be times in the role, where working outside of the standard hours is required in order to support the operations of the business and the events that may occur throughout the year. You may be required on occasion to work from other locations as the business requests.

Reports to: Animation Director
Salary: £23-25k P/A dependent on experience
