Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:Producing ideas and concepts that meet the high demands of our clients
Delivering assets & ideas for company proposals, presentations and marketing material
Generating and presenting new design concepts to the team and business stakeholders
Developing a working understanding of responsive design and fluid grid systems
Maintaining a solid understanding of interaction design, delivering rich interactive experiences
Managing all stages of digital design including IA analysis, drafting, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design
Designing of apps for iOS and Android devices
Creating UI documentation and style guides
Working closely with internal and external personnel to provide rich multi-platform media content
Creation of prototypes for new User Interfaces for user testing and presentation purposes
Working closely with Front End Developers to ensure great design quality
Person Specification:

Knowledge/Skills:
EssentialA good knowledge of HTML and CSS, responsive design and mobile apps
In-depth operational experience of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Proven understanding of the value of brands and brand assets and the ability to create innovative designs, working within the constraints of a corporate brand
Creative and passionate about design with an eye for detail - ability to effectively critique material across all platforms
Ability to translate wireframes into usable and brand aligned graphical interfaces
Competency in designing rich user interfaces with engaging user experience
Understanding of the issues and constraints of designing for interactive digital media
Desirable12 months industry experience working in graphic design
Detailed knowledge of sports markets and design for multiplatform sport content
Experience in creating UI documentation and style guides
Have a deep understanding of interaction design and user flows
Ability to prepare interactive prototypes to showcase design ideas
Experience in 3D modelling packages such as Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max, Maya
Knowledge of real-time broadcast systems such as VizRT, Chyron
Experience using Keynote to build & deliver presentations
Experience using After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro, Motion
CommunicationExcellent organisational and decision-making attributes in addition to strong inter-personal skills
