Job Description:
We are looking for a full time Junior Bookings Assistant to work in our soho office. The position is ideal for someone with Bookings experience or a superstar runner who is ready to take the next step up. The position will be based in our soho office.

About us:
We are a small, friendly and busy boutique Post Production Facility in the heart of soho. Our work is mainly in the world of shortform advertising and promotion, working with a wide variety of high-end clients and broadcasters. We offer an end to end post production service through offline editing to finishing in Flame and Baselight, along with Audio services that include mixing, composing and Dolby certification.

Duties include:
Being the first point of contact for all clients in person and on the phone.
Scheduling jobs for our edit assistants and Flame/Audio Operators.
Using our Scheduling software to invoice clients.
Assisting in the day to day running of the facility.

Relevant skills and experience required:
Being an extremely organised multi-tasker.
A confident, friendly and effective communicator, able to liaise with senior and junior staff members as well as clients.
Proactive in overseeing and delivering client jobs, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Post production workflow knowledge is essential.
A bucketload of get up and go!
