UTAS UK (formerly Monkey Kingdom) are looking for an Interview Producer for a returning reality series based in the Northwest.
The Interview Producer will be responsible for:
• Conducting all green screen interviews and across all prep. Working closely with the story, senior and edit team on a daily basis.
• Keeping the story team and edit team up to date on rolling story and managing cast on location.
• Managing prep for multiple shows and pickups. Must be highly organized.

Candidates will have previous experience of conducting master interviews for reality shows, have an excellent eye for story and be reactive to new unfolding narrative whilst cast are sat in the interview chair. Candidates will be dynamic and innovative in their approach to producing and must be very confident dealing with talent and sensitive subject matters.

Applicants must have considerable experience of producing reality shows, be a trusted self-starter and dealing with cast.
Dates: Jan - April 2026
Location: Various locations predominately across the Northwest with occasional office work in Manchester city center.
