Interactive Producer

London

As a UNIT9 Interactive Producer you will lead your project teams by example, taking ownership for the creation and delivery of successful digital and experiential projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of your projects, from pitches into production, through to high-fives for a job well done.
You will use your experience to help shape and de-risk your projects and guide your team to reach UNIT9 standards on quality and craft.
You will be a primary point of contact for Clients on productions and work closely with the Business Development team to foster both long term relationships and new opportunities.

Specifically, your duties include:
-Leading the Client relationship; ensuring the work meets the Client's objectives and the Client is happy with the working relationship.
-Managing any project related escalations (both internal and client issues)
-Securing contractual project sign-off (SOW, CO's and T&C's)
-Agreeing payment terms and schedules with the Client (and with UNIT9 financial team)
-Managing and taking responsibility for the project budget and scope.
-Risk Assessment; the evaluation and mitigation of project risk throughout the production cycle.
-Review and sign off on project plans, estimates and schedules.
-You will develop project methodology and scope effort to fit within budget and schedule.
-You will participate in the development of new business, including; meetings, taking briefs, preparing pitch budgets and proposals etc.
-Pushing the team to reach UNIT9 standards on craft and quality.
-Ensuring the team follows the UNIT9 production process.
-Delivering projects on time and budget and with quality.
-Mentoring and training of Producers, Project Managers & Production Assistant
-Support in the recruitment of new UNIT9 team members when required
-Building relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
-Creating a positive team spirit / resolve any conflicts amongst production team members.
-Contributing to the ongoing optimisation of UNIT9's production tools and processes.
