Start Date: ASAPContract: Permanent Open Ended ContractHours: 37.5 hours per week (open to part time hours - min. 4 days per week)Salary: depending on experienceLocation: Remote currently, then based at Gas Ferry Road, BristolAn exciting opportunity to gain invaluable interactive production experience in a varied role supporting our talented creative team across a range of high profile projects, and be a vital part in the smooth running of our Interactive business.The work we do is a diverse mix of character and story focussed digital entertainment and educational products for family audiences across games, apps, AR and VR. We work across projects for our own brands and productions, as well for work for hire and R&D projects with partners such as the AHRC, Bandai Namco, BBC, British Council, NSPCC and The Science Museum. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys helping others and takes pride in ensuring things run smoothly. You will need to be competent in juggling and prioritising different needs and requests and be able to think ahead and pro-actively find solutions undirected.The role encompasses a combination of studio management and PA support, as well as working on and supporting our Interactive productions.The first aspect is to be responsible for administrative, financial and office management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Interactive studio, as well as supporting senior members of the team in a PA capacity, managing diaries, travels, events and general administration.The production aspect of the role requires supporting the team of producers to deliver their projects, and small projects of your own, on time and on budget, ensuring that the company's reputation of excellence is always upheld and clients' expectations are exceeded.
