We are ideally looking for someone with film or hire equipment experience, wishing to stay in a permanent role for at least 3 years. Where TV / hire experience is missing, experience working in a demanding / varied and flexible role is essential. This is face paced and challenging role requiring someone with initiative, and an above average ability to multi-task.

Essential skills required:
- Fast learner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Good telephone and email manner
- Good knowledge of location equipment for the media industry
- Good computer skills - Excel, bespoke booking programmes, etc
- UK driving licence

Desirable skills required:
- Previously worked in television production or a camera hire facility.

Duties to include:
- Managing the telephone and emails on a daily basis
- Provide estimates, quotes and invoices, keeping track of costs and making sure they are covered appropriately.
- Scheduling prep and deprep of equipment to the highest professional standards, and arranging delivery and collection of equipment with clients
- Mange kit room, overseeing equipment preparation and staff on a daily basis.
- Scheduling and managing staff
- Sales calls, emails, and visits to current and prospective clients.
