We are looking to appointment a Head of our Video Division to manage a team of Producers,editors
and freelancers producing film for our corporate clients.

The main purpose of role is to promote best practice, set budgets, achieve margin and sales targets, minimising risk, maximising opportunities, and seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the Division.

The main responsibilities include:

To ensure company margins are attained and the Video Divisional sales target is achieved.
Contribute to the achievement of the overall company strategy and performance in relation to the Video Division.
Ensuring work is produced on time and to budget.
Account Managing key clients and growing business opportunities.
Recruit, manage, train and motivate video team resource including freelancers, using timesheet management.
Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems in line with Company policy.
Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information.
Member of the Senior Management Team
