Park Village is hiring a new Head of Stills to lead our exciting new division with a world class roster and central London studios.Park Village was founded by photographer Peter Webb in 1973, with our first clients being The Rolling Stones. Our new division builds on this legacy of photography and offers this role a foundation to build a division with the unique benefit of three studios, a studio team, lighting equipment and catering on site.The Stills division represents a wide range of exciting new and established photographers working across various genres and styles. Multidisciplinary creativity is encouraged and our Stills talent can nurture their moving image careers with the help of our film division.Our integrated business model means projects will be produced alongside our divisions in film or events which is an area we'd love the new Head of Stills to explore.If you love photography, are hungry to develop a successful photography division and have a passion to collaborate, promote talent and work on projects from pitch to delivery then we would love to hear from you.Roles and Responsibilities:Representation of rostered artists and development of new talentHelp identify and sign new talent for the rosterResearch and establish new avenues of work, both commercial and brandedCreate a new business plan / strategy of growth for the divisionBuild a network of new contacts, build on existing contacts and nurture existing studio client links.Make and attend folio meetings with agencies and brandsMake appointments for the artistsManage diaries of all talentLead productions and oversee budgets and productionsOversee social media and website postsKeep photographer folios, digital and printed up to dateDesign departmental PR, including mailers, prints and exhibitions and talksSkills and Experience:Passion for photography and a clear, demonstrable understanding of the industryPrior experience, ideally 3-5 yearsGreat organisational skillsAble to work as part of a growing, dedicated teamDriven and motivatedStrong communication skillsKnowledge of InDesign, Canva and other similar programmes beneficialSalary: tbc, dependant on experience.Position is Full time, 5 days per week.Park Village is an equal opportunity employer.If you are interested in applying for this role, please email with your CV / LinkedIn details.
