Head of Social Content

A pivotal new role in the global social team, you will be the creative force concepting and bringing to life beautiful ideas and content that drive forward our world class social ecosystem and maintain our status as one of the most shared and talked about beauty brands online.

Working into the Global Director of Social and Content, the Head of Social Content will manage a growing team of content creators and video editors and have ownership of the creative process from concept through to final execution of key social assets for major launches and landmark calendar events as well as our day-to-day posts.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, our chosen candidate will work closely with the wider in-house creative agency team to represent social and act as a creative partner to the Director of Creative Agency to ensure all social thinking merges seamlessly into our flagship global campaigns.



Role Accountabilities:

Deliver and inspire award-winning work, really understanding the concept of art and science, leveraging data/insights to inform ideas and creativity and spark global conversations
Understand the pipeline of projects and campaigns across the business and manage world-class social creative as needed in a timely fashion for each key moment in the calendar
Full ownership of social campaigns, delivering all required assets to bring the execution to life
Collaborate with and assist the Global Director of Social and Content and Director of Creative Agency to achieve disruptive social assets on every campaign shoot, managing a dedicated social set
Collaborate with teams across NPD, in-store, retail partners, partnerships, local markets and digital product innovation roadmap to creatively tell their stories in our social channels
Stay on top of technical and digital design developments, and successfully apply them to work practices to help improve processes and procedures
Deliver successful creative solutions, and high quality work, consistently and on time
Generate useful, usable ideas across all existing and emerging social platforms
Set creative direction and offer hands-on guidance throughout team projects
Mentor junior team members
Reporting Relationships:

Reporting into the Global Director of Social and Content
Requirements
Extensive experience working at an Art or Creative Director in a socially native role, ideally with agency experience in beauty or luxury brands
Experience in, and enthusiasm for, developing creative ideas for social platforms, from brief to delivery and beyond
Demonstrated creative success in collaborating with multi-functional teams, including project & campaign planning
Ability to work closely with, and provide constructive feedback to video and motions graphics team and into a 360 campaign team to represent social needs
Ability to marry art (creative) and science (data). It's a must you can understand social analytics and reporting and apply it to future projects and creative
Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience
Expert knowledge of creating content natively in social apps and ahead of the trends to drive forward best practise
Strong understanding of the current landscape of social creators and with a desire to seek out creative partners for the brand
Infectiously positive and passionate energy
Ability to work at pace, with a confidently calm demeanour
Affinity for Charlotte Tilbury products and brand
Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello
