We are looking for a Head of Programme, to be the key manager of the department providing practical support to the Artistic Director and Director of Artistic Programme for the full range of the artistic activities across the organisation.

Sadler's Wells is a world-leading dance house, presenting a year-round programme of dance of every kind to annual audiences of over half a million on its three London stages: Sadler's Wells' theatre (1,500 seats), the Lilian Baylis Studio (180 seats) and The Peacock (1,000 seats). It also commissions and produces cutting-edge original work and tours it to arts venues in the UK and overseas. We are looking for a Head of Programme, to be the key manager of the department providing practical support to the Artistic Director and Director of Artistic Programme for the full range of the artistic activities across the organisation.

You will have substantial experience of working in a performing arts environment, excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of numeracy and a proven ability to manage staff. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of national and international dance companies.
