The Head of Production Management will play a senior operational role within Acamar's Content and Audiences team - which has a remit to grow and engage Bing's global audiences across multiple platforms, through the production and distribution of high-quality content, interactive experiences and meaningful conversation. This is a pivotal new role that will oversee the operational management of all content production; from the linear series and international versions, to short form, audio storytelling, music, cinema, interactive, theatre and live events, marketing and corporate sizzle reels and more. We require an experienced, confident Production Manager, with excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills. Reporting to the Executive Director, Content and Audiences, the Head of Production Management will ensure the successful delivery of Acamar's varied productions - working closely with our talented Producers, Production Assistants, Sound Editors, Video Producer/Editors and Finance team to ensure that all content is delivered to an exceptional standard, on time and on budget. Specifically, they will maintain a comprehensive overview of team priorities and workloads; creating and managing production schedules & budgets, pulling together internal creative sessions and reviews, managing resource requirements, (including writers, performers etc), and liaising with a number of external partners, globally. They will become Acamar's central point of contact for all operational production queries and ensure that production news and progress is communicated effectively to key stakeholders.The Head of Production Management will maintain oversight of all production briefs (video, audio, sound) received from within the business - working to assess requirements and deliver the final content. They will also take responsibility for asset management, workflows, QC process and related documentation.Required Experience * Significant experience of production management for a minimum of one TV series * Experience and significant practical working knowledge of animation production is essential * Experience of international versioning and dub creation * Children's content experience is not essential, but would be a great bonus Required Skills * Highly organised and a brilliant problem solver * Highly numerical and practical * Able to anticipate issues and mitigate against them * Excellent people manager; able to build strong and lasting relationships across the business and externally * Calm under pressure, and comfortable with ambiguity * Most importantly, the successful candidate will be closely aligned with our core values, which include collaboration, curiosity, ownership and kindness
