STICKER STUDIOS is seeking a new Head of Production to join the family!

Sticker Studios is a tight knit team of directors, producers and creatives driven by making iconic creative work. We're a growing a team and we are looking for a producer to head up our commercial production.

At Sticker, we're not looking for someone to paint by numbers, we're looking for someone dynamic, motivated and likes to have fun. Candidate must be comfortable with managing clients, overseeing multiple productions and experienced on set!

Fun, organised and good vibes are a necessity! We have a wicked roster of directors but are expanding with new signings across commercials and music videos.

We've been steadily growing and we're looking for someone who shares our creative ambition and motivated to build the business.
Ideally minimum of 5 years experience in commercial film production. This is a long-term production role for a hardworking and driven individual who is excited at the opportunity to grow production focussing on 2 key areas:
Amplify and build on our commercial productions and talent offering
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients
Develop processes to ensure joined up solutions for clients whilst keeping the Sticker core values and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will have extensive experience delivering creatively excellent content across branded, Digital, TVC's and Music Videos, and a proven track record delivering projects on time, to budget and with high creative and strategic value. Exceptional process, legal, regulatory understanding of the industry at large and be clear about the ever shifting guidelines for safe and responsible production.
Work with the sales/rep team to package Sticker offering as a creative production solution for agencies and clients.
Ensure budgets hit margin targets and always have oversight of costs. Whether Line Produced by you, or another producer you have selected to take on the project.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients at all times.
Push pitches to be realistic in terms of output v. budget. Ensure key delivery milestones are met.
Heading up Pitching and bidding of the commercials division of Sticker. From time to time we might need help on music videos too.
Executively producing projects - from creatively collaborating with the director to working with the line producer and agency. Nurturing the more junior production team to help them build best in class production skills. You will have a good black book of trusted line producers/production managers and heads of department that can be applied to the variety of projects that Sticker produces.
As London based, you will monitor and develop staff engagement and culture within the office.

Salary dependent upon experience.
