We are hiring for a Head of Production role at Kingdom Creative. This role will provide senior leadership to our production department, alongside involvement at Senior Leadership Team level to help drive the growth and profitability of the company.

We are looking for someone with extensive production knowledge and experience, who has the expertise to develop, improve and manage our production workflows and processes, ensuring we're consistently working in new and innovative ways to improve efficiency of the department.

The role will see you manage the onboarding process of new recruits and freelancers, line-managing and leading the support and development of the team.

The role will be predominantly office based, but attending the occasional shoot is key to experience the team in action and meet key clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Line Management of a fast-paced, growing team of Senior Producers, Producers and Production Assistants, supporting the team and working closely with them on training and development.
Managing the workflow of the department, ensuring that all production processes are of industry standard and consistent across all projects and clients.
Consistently looking at ways that we can improve and make efficiencies across production and the workflow between wider departments, working closely with the wider team on new and existing business and ensuring our approach to production is always at the highest of standards.
Overseeing the day-to-day management of key client accounts and projects, ensuring that the team retain a high understanding of each client and a consistent level of client service.
Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards and company policies.
Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the company, working with the Company Board to ensure that all projects are managed effectively and meet profitability targets.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Extensive experience and knowledge of the production industry.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production within the creative industry, with a proven track record of leading a team, and delivering on projects.
A proven track record of leading and developing a team.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within automotive and across 360 campaigns preferred.
Must be able to drive and be within a 60 minute commute of SG5 4BH.
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
