We continue to work on a variety of creative projects with world class studios.RequirementsTHE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis is a new role and will be a key decision-making role within the studioOverall responsibility for managing and growing the production department at d3tWork with the production team to define and establish clear and consistent processes to monitor, support and report on our varied portfolio of projectsLine manage, mentor, motivate and expand a team of capable project managers and producers through both career development and recruitmentChampion the Production team as project leadersCollaborate with other department heads to build effective and creative development teamsDevelop strong and trusting relationships with both clients and suppliersStrive towards excellence in game production people and process across all game disciplinesEnsure d3t is globally recognised as a leader in game production professionalism, people and processThe role can be split between studio and working from home.
