Vevo delivers a personalized and expertly curated experience for audiences to explore and discover music videos, exclusive original programming and live performances from the artists they love on mobile, web and connected TV.Reporting to the VP, Creative Content & Programming you will lead and deliver Vevo's Original Content output in the UK. We are looking for an individual who has a wealth of experience in this field and can develop, produce, and deliver innovative and engaging original content.As our ideal candidate, you have a passion for music that radiates to all that you do. You're an individual who has the ability to balance creative vision with strategic thinking and team leadership. You will use your strong creative judgement to lead idea development and build on existing Vevo formats. You will also help to deliver standout video content for our audiences, with the artists they love.Are you up to the challenge? Yes you are. If you see the world through the lens of music, then this is the job for you.This is a full-time position and is based at our London office.AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILLLead the development, production and sign off of content for Vevo in the UK. Oversee and manage the production budget for the UK, and build a content strategy around this.Lead the development of ideas and concepts with the larger CC&P team around artist bookings - for a multiplatform offering.Manage a small team in delivering this vision, and support them where necessaryOversee branded content pitches and production in the UK.Work closely with our hosts, developing a good relationship and ensure our content is relatable, informative, and credible.Liaise with label and management partners on all Vevo UK productions - ensuring talent are happy and comfortable with proceedings.Represent Vevo creatively at brand-facing meetings with clients, presenting work and treatments.Align with creative department heads around bigger Vevo projects.Work with the research team to benchmark KPI's for specific projects.Research current trends, activities and opportunities in original content production.Maintain quality of original content programming.THIS DESCRIBES YOUYou are able to set budgets and manage timelines for individual projects. You strive to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within cost.Managing relationships comes naturally to you. You're able to work with third party production companies to ensure the work they create for Vevo is on-brand and meets our expectations for quality output.You are able to take full creative control of production. You can run brainstorms to continually generate ideas and push the team to create their best work at every opportunity.You love leading team projects, and you are adept at overcoming hurdles and issues along the way... always keeping the final end goal in mind.You have experience across performance content, interviews, and live streaming.You love music. And those who know you are not at all surprised that you'll be working at the world's leading music video and entertainment platform.REQUIREMENTS6 - 8 years of previous video production experience.Good knowledge of all areas of production.Experience managing a team.Experience working with artists, label teams, management and presenting talent.Strong communication and organisational skills.INTERESTED?
