Top production company Blink are looking for someone to run their music video/ content department. Applicants must have a love and knowledge of music, music video, art/design and film.
Production experience is useful but not essential.

Good taste, ambition, common sense and drive are essential.

The job entails:

Liaising with record companies, management and artists to sell our roster of directors and bring in new tracks and briefs
Selling the directorial talent we have intelligently to line them up with the appropriate artists/ labels
Working with directors and producers in overseeing treatments/ creative ideas we pitch for music videos.
Keeping track of department admin.
Finding new unsigned hot directorial talent.
Regular day to day interaction with Blink EPs/ Management.
The aim:
Creating new groundbreaking award winning music videos.
Signing the next new wave of cool young directors
Helping to develop that new talent
