London / Hybrid HYBRID

The Head of Content & Experience, is a newly created role in the agency, where you will be at the forefront of driving forward Warm Street's production offering. The role will play a key role in setting the vision and strategy for our social first short form content studio, and our brand experience service offering, and will develop the commercial modelling that sits alongside it. You will use this to sell the capabilities of the production team to clients, growing the departmental revenue as part of the process.

You will be warm, and relatable, with an equal balance of strategic mindset and the ability to get things done - navigating the complexities of production on a weekly basis. You will be unflappable, and a calming force within the company, building relationships both internally and externally with our clients, stakeholders and production partners. You will be a commercial thinker who has run a production department or company previously, who can hit the ground running to push this exciting new department forward as we continue to grow through 2024. You will be excited to drive the delivery of exceptional service and outstanding creative output, consistently exceeding client expectations.
