HEAD OF FILM

The Head of Film will be a key member of the creative team, reporting to the companies CEOs and Producers and supported by our existing development team.

You will be responsible for managing our current features slate as well as expanding and finding new content, the position also involves identifying and engaging with new talent

You must have a comprehensive understanding of the industry and current landscape, as well as emerging trends.

Responsibilities include:

- Driving the company's current features slate, as well as originating, acquiring and developing new projects in-line with the company's vision and brand.
- Looking after and developing the company's talent base and identifying and engaging with new and established talents.
- Engaging and forming relationships with financiers, funders and commissioners.
- Preparing and conducting pitch documents.
- Travelling to markets throughout the year as and when required.
