We need a Head of Development to join our newly established Podcast team and sift through these ideas, come up with their own, or work with third parties to develop them and create a slate of enviable variety and quality.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head of Podcast Development or similar role in broadcast media
* Ability to source and target new opportunities, talent, and innovations in the podcasting industry to stay ahead of upcoming trends
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate, manage, and collaborate with team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while multi-tasking with multiple project
* Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas for podcast programming, and execute them flawlessly
