We are looking for a Head of Development / Company Manager with previous Producing or Line Producing experience to oversee the everyday development process of our slate of projects and general office management. Pay is negotiable but it is essential that the candidate has the knowledge and experience of applying to funding bodies and the ability to use initiative. We are a small company with big ambitions, so the job will require the successful candidate to take on both Development and everyday Management duties.

Duties to include:

- General Office Management and day to day running of the Company
- Developing projects and Liasing with writers
- Applying for funding
- Overseeing a team of Interns
- Budgeting and scheduling
- Representing the Company on shoots
