Insight Management and Production are looking for an experienced individual to head up their development department.
Applicants should have significant experience working in film, TV and / or Theatre production and development with strong knowledge of, and connections within, the industry in the UK and internationally, as well as a hunger for telling new stories.
The chosen applicant would be working under the Insight banner to source & option IP, read scripts and package projects - working with both Insight and non-Insight clients. We are looking for someone ambitious, tenacious and outgoing, who can hit the ground running as the newest member of Insight's growing team. They will need to be comfortable working in a self-directed manner and capable of handling the responsibility of heading a department, and would be answering to the partners.
Salary commensurate with experience but within the range of £35k - £45k. We are keen to hear both from well established individuals, as well as those with less experience who are looking for that crucial next step in their career. The role would be based from our offices in Hoxton, however we are happy to discuss flexible working for the right person.
