Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the wigs/make-up team
• Develop work and workflow plans in collaboration with artists and production
• Prepare hairpieces, wigs, and make-up touch-ups according to the artistic requirements
• Maintain, clean, repair, and care for wigs
• Safe packing of equipment for transport
• Style, repair, and maintenance throughout the entire production period
• Set up and break down the department at each venue
• Work closely with the costume department
• Apply hairdressing skills, particularly in men's haircuts
• Maintain a structured, calm, and solution-oriented approach under touring conditions

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Completed training as a make-up artist, hairdresser, or wig maker
• Advanced skills in wig construction and hand-knotting highly desirable
• Experience in leading a team and coordinating a department
• Background in musicals, theater, or touring productions
• Professional hairdressing training and/or experience with men's haircuts
• Good understanding of technical processes and stage operations
• High resilience and flexibility regarding working hours
• Strong team player with a solution-oriented work style
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
