What Sarah describes as a "commitment to the cause" but necessary for end-to-end supply chain visibility and delivering the products' unique quality and "added magic." The company recently achieved B Corp status - joining a growing global movement to make business a force for good.The RoleWe're looking for a digitally-minded Head of Creative who will act as brand guardian, ensuring all content is creative and distinctively Pai. Above all, we want someone who gets our mission and can tell our story with passion and purpose.· Act as brand guardian for all Pai content, visual and written, ensuring standards meet brand TOV, aesthetic and execution at all times.· Conceptualise, develop and oversee all visual (photography and video) and written content in line with key campaigns and business-as-usual brand activity.· Lead a dynamic team. Energise and inspire internal and external creatives and foster an ambitious and effervescent environment.· Direct an editorial calendar for Pai's owned and operated channels.· Work closely with our Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure digital and social media content meets key strategic objectives.· Work closely with our Business Development team to provide creative solutions to wholesale challenges. Lead creative direction and innovation for Trade Marketing function, including Visual Merchandising, Eventing and content collaborations.· Manage creative development process.· Manage a budget for Content Creation and work with relevant stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness.· Brief, manage and quality control external suppliers; including freelance copywriters, translators, photographers, and videographers.· Be responsive and flexible to the wider content needs of the company.Skills/Experience· A minimum of 6 years experience in a creative lead role.· Strong hands-on experience in the written word and visual identity· Packaging & Visual Merchandising - ideally in beauty retail landscape· Motion graphic and strong digital experience.· Creative flair and originality. An alternative thinker who can deliver content that will capture imaginations and cut through the noise.· Unflappable and organised; ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining an eye for detail.· Beauty industry experience preferred.· Excellent skills in English language and grammar.· Design qualifications required.Location· Hybrid role, 3 days in our W3 London office.Salary· Dependent on experience.
