This is a seasonal role reporting to the Guest Liaison Manager, as part of the larger Artist and Guest Liaison department.Full training on the specifics of the role will be given to the correct candidate however a proven ability to complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner is essential.Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceEssentialExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.Proven problem-solving ability.Excellent written English and grammar.DesiredUnderstanding of the general music industry structure.Experience working alongside high-level music industry execs (e.g. Agents, Managers, Promoters)Experience in a customer-facing role.Experience working in an office environment.Experience of onsite festival work or similar outdoor events.Understanding of an accreditation system within an event structure.BehavioursThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a successYou should have the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to strict deadlines often under pressure.You must be punctual and reliable, with the willingness to work extended hours both in the office and onsite during the peak periods of June-August.You should be able to liaise confidently and politely with everyone from Senior Execs to the customers on site.What the role includesAssisting the Guest Liaison Manager in industry accreditation processes for a number of festivals.Liaising with internal departments, particularly the Guest Ticketing department and the wider Artist and Guest Liaison team.Producing information letters and standard forms; distributing them for each show to all relevant contacts.Maintaining internal databases.Working on-site in the Guest Check In at outdoor festivals.Handling and distributing stock both in the office and onsite.Carrying out post-show audits.Working with Google and Excel based systems.Equal OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
