We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our cutting-edge Graphic Design team. You will need to be able to research, think conceptually and most importantly, be hugely creative. We are looking for someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for what they do every day.

You'll work closely with UI, Illustration, Marketing, Motion Graphics and lots of other departments around the business to create beautiful graphics, presentations, and imagery.

The role:

Collaborating with teams across the Design department, you will be working on established brands such as Virgin Games and Monopoly Casino as well as creating new ones!

As well as the branding, you will be collaborating on the graphics for new features on our many of sites and apps.

We have recently expanded as a company and now have over 1,300+ employees, this means that we have a vast amount of communications to support internally, posters, presentations, business cards email newsletters and more.

You will also play a part in composing some of the key game imagery that showcases games to play on our sites.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with UI, Illustration, Marketing and Motion Graphics to ensure that the designs are executed as envisaged.

Complete briefs in a timely manner.
Ability to adapt to visual styles to suit certain projects and follow existing styles and brand guidelines.
Development of a strong technical understanding of the software related to your discipline.
Exploration of different creative concepts resulting in multiple creative and innovative ideas.
That you continue to learn and understand the technical possibilities and constraints for the context in which your work will be used.
Present designs with credibility, clarity and confidence.
Good problem-solving skills, no project is exactly the same.
Organization of your work, files, documents etc in a way that ensures easy use by co-workers.
The Person

Minimum 3 years design experience
Have a strong portfolio of projects and sites available to show.
Great development and design concept skills with a good eye for composition and colour.
Have an understanding of multi-platform technologies and the online world.
Be able to take direction and critique and work in a team.
A highly proactive, versatile designer.
Great eye for detail and delivery of high quality work.
Good time management.
