Why this job mattersAs a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and delivering visually engaging and effective design solutions across various mediums. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure our visual assets align with our company's goals and values, and ultimately show how BT means business.What you'll be doing• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for a range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, and more.• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and copywriters, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.• Task Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.• Creative Input: Contribute innovative design ideas and concepts to enhance marketing and branding campaigns.• Feedback Incorporation: Review and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions.• Production: Prepare final design files for production, including print-ready files and assets optimised for digital platforms.What we'd like to see from you• A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house design studio. • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work that demonstrates creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of branding and marketing principles. • Experience working on both print and digital design projects. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
