We are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to work across our business focusing on supporting our amazing campaign creative and product collections with world-class creative graphic vision across all our customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assisting our Graphic + Video designer with all graphic design business needs from conception to delivery across organic social, paid social, email newsletters, onsite imagery, invites, marketing collateral etc
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touch points and projects
Always have finger on the pulse of the next big thing and fresh creative concepts relevant to our customer base and in line with our brand TOV
When required - liaise between the marketing, creative + ecom teams to ensure deadlines are met
Keep up-to-date with industry developments
An understanding of the Jaded brand and lazer focus on Gen Z consumer and what's important to them to ensure this is reflected in our brand vision via creative
Requirements
Expert in Adobe Suite (photoshop, illustrator, premier pro, indesign etc)
Basic video editing experience and knowledge
Experience in designing for an aspirational brand OR have a personal portfolio reflective of your talent and skills
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
Brilliant time management and resilience, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work in fast moving and reactive business with multiple deadlines
Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and appropriately with colleagues
Good personal handwriting and the ability to be versatile and adapt to a variety of styles (evidence of this in portfolio)
Ambitious and wants to grow within the role / business
