PRISM is a global sports activation and communication agency that focuses on our client's objectives to bring their brand to life through sponsorship. Purpose

The Young Lions programme is designed to find the next generation of PRISM leaders and the future talent of our business. This is not an internship placement for unexperienced candidates but an established graduate programme with a proven track record for success. By giving our Young Lions the opportunity to be involved with top global sporting events, projects and assignments, we will identify our future leaders. A proven Young Lion will show certain character traits that match PRISM's DNA - speed and excellence and above all a natural hunger to grow.

The Program

The Global Young Lions program is a global graduate program and we will place Young Lions in our London Office. The Young Lions will work across a variety of clients and projects giving them a deep and valuable background in PRISM's operations. The Young Lions may also be required to travel and work on other office projects for short or medium duration (max 3 weeks).

Tasks will include

Pre-Production
- Booking Crew
- Research
- Mood board / Storyboard Assistance
- Shoot logistics
- Trainng of projects
- Admin

Production
- Camera assistance (if experienced)
- Production assistant (UK shoots)
- Inhouse creative team liaison wile team on international shoots

Post Production
- Archiving & Management of all rushes on PRISM servers
- Re-formating &encoding master project files
- Inhouse edits and showreels (if experienced)

Candidates:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
• High calibre graduate preferably in one of the following: sports marketing, event management, digital marketing, digital communications, public relations, journalism, business, video production
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Advanced digital and social media knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fully conversant in all MS office applications, especially PowerPoint
• The passion to deliver outstanding work for our clients all the time
• Enthusiastic, confident, committed and willing to learn
• International outlook with the ability to work across offices
