Bearded Kitten is an award winning creative experience agency that prides itself on bringing innovative ideas to life.

Bearded Kitten has previously created immersive experiences such as Resident Evil 7 Live and Virtually Dead. We are proud to be working with Fever & Netflix on this new project.

Money Heist: The Experience is a first person immersive experience based on the hit TV series. Guests will have 60 minutes to carry out a heist on an international scale in an iconic London location.

DESCRIPTION

General Manager is the integral role to ensure we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. On a daily basis, the role will be managing a large diverse team to ensure that the overall offering across the experience is executed at the highest level. This role will oversee the Theatre, F&B, Retail, FOH, BOH & Guest Service departments to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of team members, as well as the financial success of the establishment.

THE ROLE

- Managing a team of over 100 staff.
- Scheduling shifts & rotas.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Leading department head meetings.
- Ensuring health & safety protocols are adhered to.
- Actioning disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Managing the finance of bar and merchandising departments.
- Payroll administration.

THE PERSON

- Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role.
- Experience of event management.
- Experience Managing an immersive experience.
- A passion for high quality customer experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Clear understanding and experience of health & safety management.
- Skills and knowledge to manage food & beverage operations.
