We work directly with well-known brands like English Heritage, NHS, Forestry England and NFU Mutual, as well as local brands and businesses. We are also privileged to support many clients in the third and green sectors.The roleWe are seeking a talented full-time filmmaker to join our dynamic and growing team. We're looking for someone who brings creative vision and expertise to every stage of the filmmaking process, from pre-production, shooting and lighting, to delivering polished edits. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting exceptional films that exceed our client's expectations and elevate the Woven brand.This role is perfectly suited for someone who has experience in a commercial production company or agency.Each week will bring new and varied challenges, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while still finding time to realise the story of each film and to a high level of detail. You'll excel at meeting tight deadlines, making swift revisions, and delivering great work. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work closely with team members, contributors, and clients to ensure every project's success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate to develop and craft creative proposals and ideasPlan, light and film content - having a good eye for composition and styleCraft interesting and engaging stories that work across various ratios and social platforms.Correct colour, mix sound and tweak graphics in post-productionWork with us to actively develop your knowledge and skills Bring fresh ideas, positivity and enthusiasm to every project Have the ability to work on multiple projects, managing your own time and workload to meet deadlinesRequirementsA passion for video production and a love for storytelling.Minimum 2 years of professional video production experienceA portfolio that showcases a creative eye and understanding of storytellingComprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a particular focus on Premiere Pro.
