Front of House / Office Manager

Soho, London

The Voiceover Gallery is looking for a temporary Front of House/ administrative assistant to join the team from the 17th February 2025 until 5th June 2025. The role involves assisting all Heads of department and overseeing the Front of House duties in their London studios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hospitality to attending clients & voice talent
- Premises management
- General administrative assistance to Leadership Team
- Supplier liaison for premises-related work as required
- Travel coordination
- Event coordination
- Support in the management of office health and safety procedures
- Manage the upkeep and presentation of the London studios
- Job share FoH

Required skills:
- Ability to use Microsoft Office with confidence
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with different members of the leadership team and across departments
- A flexible approach and can-do attitude, assisting where necessary
- An interest in the media and audio post production would be beneficial
