What We Are Looking For
Immersive is looking for an experienced Producer to work closely with the Senior Producer and project management team to help oversee that management of mid to large-scale immersive installations and shows. The right candidate will have a good understanding of the production process for animation, motion graphics, VFX, green screen shoots, projection and screen technologies and VR. The candidate will have excellent communication, organisation, management and administration skills. They will be confident in working across multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. They will be a creative problem solver and an excellent team member.

With growing studios in London and Shanghai, Immersive clients span entertainment, culture, commercial and technology sectors and the right candidate will be confident in liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Create, develop and maintain timelines and workflows for multiple projects.
* Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets with the Senior Producer.
* Ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered on time and within budget with the Senior Producer.
* Manage relationships and workflows of collaborators in conjunction with the Senior Producer.
* Coordinate communications and meetings between clients and senior management.
* Attend client facing and collaborative meetings and events as needed.
* Willingness for travel and weekend work as required (TOIL in place).
* Assist with material needed for pitches and client meetings.

Key Qualities
* Experience in producing and/or project management.
* Experience in client management and relationship building.
* Experience developing and managing large, complex budgets.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages of development.
* Computer Literacy; adept at all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Experience or an interest in multi-disciplinary work, including animation, live events, theatre and experiential events.
* Team-work skills.

Desirable Skills
* Language Skills (Russian or Chinese).
* Experience in producing in different territories is a plus.
